On Free and Pro plans, you'll be notified at 80% usage and AI will stop when you hit the limit. You can upgrade anytime to increase your limit. On Business, you get 5,000 replies/month. On Enterprise, you simply pay $5 per 1,000 extra replies (after the included 10,000), capped at $200 total per month.
You pay $99/month base which includes 10,000 AI replies and 10,000 email sends. If you need more, it's $5 per 1,000 extra AI replies and $2 per 1,000 extra emails. Your total bill is capped at $200/month - after that, everything becomes UNLIMITED for the rest of the month. Example: If you use 25,000 AI replies and 30,000 emails, you'd pay $99 (base) + $75 (15k extra AI) + $40 (20k extra emails) = $214, but capped at $200.
Once your monthly charges reach $200 (including the $99 base), you won't be charged any more that month - no matter how much you use. So if your usage would normally cost $500, you still only pay $200 and get unlimited AI replies and emails for the rest of that billing period. It's our way of making sure you can scale without worrying about runaway costs.
Absolutely not! We charge 0% transaction fees on ALL plans. Unlike competitors who charge 9% on every sale, you keep 100% of your earnings. That means if you make $1,000 in sales, you keep the full $1,000 - saving you $90 compared to competitors.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. If you downgrade, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan benefits until then.
Annual billing gives you 2 months free on Pro (pay $90 instead of $108), Business (pay $290 instead of $348), and Enterprise (pay $1,000 instead of $1,188). For Enterprise annual plans, the $99/month base is included, and you're still charged for usage overages monthly, but your effective monthly base cost is only $83.33.
We'll send you an email notification so you're aware. On Free/Pro/Business plans, you can choose to upgrade to a higher tier. On Enterprise, you don't need to do anything - you'll just continue using the service and pay for the overage at the end of the month (capped at $200).
